Terms & risks

Plain-language terms for using pyre, and the risks you take when you trade on-chain. Last updated October 18, 2026.

Terms of use

By connecting a wallet or using the site, you agree to these terms.

01

What this is

pyre is software that helps you find tokens, build transactions and send them from your own wallet. It is not a bank, broker, exchange or custodian. We never hold your funds or keys, and we can't reverse, cancel or refund a transaction once your wallet has signed it.

02

Who can use it

You must be an adult with legal capacity where you live, and using the service must be legal for you. You may not use it if you are subject to sanctions or located somewhere that prohibits it. Making sure your use is lawful, including any tax you owe, is up to you.

03

Your wallet, your responsibility

You are responsible for your wallet, its recovery phrase and every transaction it signs. Read what your wallet shows before approving. Lost keys and mistaken transfers can't be recovered by us or anyone else.

04

Third-party services

Quotes, routes and transactions come from independent protocols and providers such as DEX aggregators, bridges, launch platforms, market-data APIs and blockchain RPCs. Their terms apply to them, we don't control them, and we aren't responsible for their failures, delays or losses.

05

Fees

Platform fees are listed in the docs and may change. Network gas and third-party fees are separate. Rewards, cashback and burn figures shown before the rewards contract ships are estimates, not balances owed to you.

06

What you post and launch

Calls, profiles and token metadata you publish are yours, and so is the responsibility for them. Don't publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive or designed to manipulate a market. We may hide any content or token from this interface at our discretion. Listing a token is not an endorsement of it.

07

No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Calls are opinions of their authors. Do your own research.

08

Provided as is

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break or be removed, and market data may be delayed or wrong.

09

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, pyre and its contributors aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, failed or delayed transactions, smart-contract bugs, or third-party outages.

10

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.

Risk disclosures

Read these before you trade, bridge or launch. They are not a complete list.

You can lose everything

Token prices can fall to zero quickly and permanently. Only use money you can afford to lose in full.

New tokens are the riskiest

Most freshly launched tokens have no product behind them. Creators or early holders can dump, pull liquidity, block selling, change taxes, or mint more supply.

Liquidity, slippage and front-running

Thin pools move sharply on small trades. Your trade may fill at a worse price than quoted, up to your slippage limit, and bots may trade ahead of you.

Smart contracts can fail

Routers, bridges, pools and launch contracts are code. Bugs or exploits can lock or drain funds, including funds in transit across a bridge.

Chains can stall

Networks can congest, halt or reorganise. Newer chains may have fewer tools, less liquidity and less-tested infrastructure than established ones.

Stablecoins can wobble

A stablecoin can lose its peg, and some issuers can freeze balances.

Browser-based orders

Limit, stop and DCA orders run only while a tab of the site is open. If every tab is closed, or the device sleeps, orders don't trigger, and triggered orders fill at whatever the market offers.

Data and estimates

Prices, charts and stats come from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. Portfolio PnL, cashback and burn figures are computed locally from trades recorded in your browser and are estimates.

Scams and phishing

Fake sites, airdrops and support accounts are common. We never ask for your recovery phrase. Check you are on pyre-site-pi.vercel.app before signing anything.

Rules can change

Laws and tax treatment for digital assets differ by country and change often. They may affect your ability to use, hold or sell tokens.
